Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 23, 2012, Volterra Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. The press release, dated January 23, 2012, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
