Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 18, 2004, Lodgian, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has adjusted its accounting treatment of a long-term contract. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Pursuant to General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, this exhibit is "furnished" and not "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
