ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On March 30, 2007, DOV Pharmaceutical, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. The press release issued in connection with such announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
