Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 28, 2012, Gasco Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the year ended December 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is “furnished” as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
In addition, on March 28, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing its total estimated proved reserves for the year ended December 31, 2011 and the Company’s initial capital expenditure budget for its 2012 oil and gas activities. A copy of the press release is “furnished” as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
