The Company
BGC Group, the holding company for and successor to BGC Partners, Inc., is a holding company with no direct operations, and BGC Group’s business is operated through two operating partnerships, BGC U.S. OpCo, which holds our U.S. businesses, and BGC Global Opco, which holds our non-U.S. businesses. BGC Group’s predecessor, BGC Partners, became a wholly owned subsidiary of BGC Group pursuant to the Corporate Conversion (as defined below) that closed on July 1, 2023.
