Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 25, 2007, EarthLink, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007, providing guidance for the three and twelve months ending December 31, 2007 and providing certain preliminary guidance for the full year 2008. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
