Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 2, 2016, EarthLink Holdings Corp. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

In connection with the Company’s conference call to be held on May 3, 2016, officers of the Company will be reviewing certain materials regarding financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and guidance for the year ending December 31, 2016.
