On September 12, 2012, we issued a press release announcing our financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2012. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Later today we will be holding a conference call to discuss our financial results for the first quarter. The conference call was announced in a press release issued on September 5, 2012. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
