Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On June 11, 2013, we issued a press release announcing our financial results for the first quarter ended April 30, 2013. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Later today we will be holding a conference call to discuss our financial results for the first quarter. The conference call was announced in a press release issued on June 4, 2013. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
