Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
TradeStation Group, Inc. (the "Company") reported its financial results for its second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2005. The Company also released, along with its results, a Business Outlook for the 2005 third quarter and announced a new estimated range of Earnings Per Share (Diluted) for the 2005 year. A copy of the Company's press release issued on July 20, 2005 concerning the foregoing results and the Business Outlook information is furnished as part of this report.
