Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
TradeStation Group, Inc. (the "Company") reported its financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010. The Company also released, along with its results, a Business Outlook for the 2011 first quarter and full year. A copy of the Company's press release issued on February 11, 2011 concerning the foregoing results and the Business Outlook for 2011 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
