On April 29, 2019, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the Company’s first quarter of 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1. On April 29, 2019, the Company also announced in its press release that on April 29, 2019, its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on May 27, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on May 13, 2019.
