| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On June 23, 2014, Ixia (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s expectation regarding revenue for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014. The press release also discussed, among other matters, the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, as well as the status of certain filings that have been or will be made by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K.
