Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition |
On November 1, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing net income of $17.5 million, or $0.46 per share, for the three-month period ended September 30, 2007, compared to $22.3 million, or $0.66 per share, for the same period ended September 30, 2006. Income from continuing operations for the three months ended September 30, 2007 was $17.6 million, or $0.46 per share, compared to $22.2 million, or $0.66 per share, reported for the same period in 2006. The Registrant also provided earnings guidance for 2008.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
