Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 5, 2015, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 5, 2015, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a fourth quarter 2014 dividend of $0.24 per common unit, payable on March 24, 2015 to common unitholders of record as of March 16, 2015. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
