On September 26, 2024, TD SYNNEX Corporation (“TD SYNNEX”) issued a press release regarding TD SYNNEX’s financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended August 31, 2024 and the announcement of a dividend in the amount of $0.40 per common share in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024.
