On February 23, 2012, MacroSolve, Inc. (the “Company”) will be giving a presentation at a conference with members of the financial community, which contains non-public information, including estimated revenues for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. Copies of this presentation and prepared remarks to be delivered at the conference, are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
