On July 26, 2007, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On July 26, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the sale of First NLC Financial Services, LLC to Sun Capital Partners. The transaction includes the recapitalization of First NLC and reduces the Company’s ownership to 20%. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2
