Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 13, 2015, Crailar Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for its fourth quarter ended December 27, 2014. A copy of news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
As set forth in the news release, a conference call to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter results is scheduled to begin at 2:00 pm Pacific Time (5:00 pm Eastern Time) on April 13, 2015. The call-in information is provided in the news release.
