On February 11, 2008, United America Indemnity, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.

On February 11, 2008, the Company announced that its Board of Directors authorized the Company to repurchase up to an additional $50 million of the Company’s Class A common shares. The timing and amount of the repurchase transactions under this program will depend on market conditions and other factors.
