On February 5, 2009, BioForm Medical, Inc. ("BioForm") issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, which is the Company's second quarter of fiscal year 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
