On February 26, 2009, at 11 a.m. Eastern Time, VirtualScopics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2008 Earnings Conference Call. The script for management’s comments during the call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
