On August 3, 2022, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”), issued (i) a press release reporting its results of operations for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, (ii) a supplemental report of financial and operating information of the Company for the second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, and (iii) a Q2 Investor Presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
