On November 9, 2023, Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release containing this information is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
