Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2010, Yanglin Soybean, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
