On October 29, 2014, LifeLock, Inc. (“LifeLock”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. In addition, on October 29, 2014, LifeLock conducted a conference call and webcast discussing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014.
