Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Release of Preliminary Sales Results. On October 16, 2013, Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing preliminary sales results for the quarter ended September 29, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated here by reference.
