On April 26, 2017, Franklin Financial Network, Inc. issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On April 26, 2017, Franklin Financial Network, Inc. will make a presentation to its investors concerning the Company’s consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017 (the “Presentation”). A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
