This Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to Registration Statement on Form N-2 is being filed by FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Registrant”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) to register an additional $545,000,000 of proposed maximum offering price of securities. This Registration Statement incorporates by reference the contents of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-231221), initially filed with the Commission on May 3, 2019 (the “Original Registration Statement”), which became immediately effective, including each of the documents filed by the Registrant with the Commission and all the exhibits thereto. The required opinions of counsel and related consents and accountant’s consent are attached hereto and filed herewith.
