Other than Ms. Zhong's direct ownership through her Company of NAEI shares, her company has no direct, indirect, managerial or consulting dealings whatsoever with NAEI. |

Ms. Zhong acquired these shares in a Regulatory S Private Placement Transaction completed on December 31st, 2015 as reported in the 8K, dated January 5th, 2016 and in a private purchase of existing shares from an existing shareholder, Rock Capital Ltd.

Item 5. Interest in Securities of the Issuer.
(a) 29,426,877 shares, or approximately 9.00%
(b) Sole voting power to 29,426,877 shares, Ms Zhong is the sole and controlling shareholder of Platinum Starlight HK Limited, the title holder of the shares.
(c) Platinum Starlight HK Limited acquired 14,250,000 shares in a Private Placement Transactions that was completed on December, 31, 2015, in addition she acquired an additional 15,176,877 in a Regulatory S Private Placement Transaction that was also completed on December 31st, 2015.
(d) Ms Zhong is the sole and controlling shareholder of Platinum Starlight HK Limited, the title holder of the shares..
