On August 22, 2013, RetailMeNot, Inc. issued a press release reporting its preliminary results of operations and posted financial information and commentary from Douglas C. Jeffries, its Chief Financial Officer, on its investor website, investor.retailmenot.com, each for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2013.
