Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2016, TESARO, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this current report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. TESARO, Inc. has scheduled a conference call and webcast for 4:15 p.m. Eastern time on November 3, 2016 to discuss its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 and provide an update on the Company’s development programs.
