Organization of the Trust
Sprott Physical Silver Trust was established on June 30, 2010 under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, pursuant to a trust agreement dated as at June 30, 2010, as amended and restated as of October 1, 2010 and as further amended and restated as of February 27, 2015 and as further amended on November 13, 2020 (the “Trust Agreement”).
