Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 3, 2015, Insys Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
