ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 8, 2018, Trinseo S.A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) existing under the laws of Luxembourg (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company intends to hold an investor call and webcast to discuss these results on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10 AM Eastern Time. Ahead of this call the Company is also providing investors with prepared remarks and a copy of the investor presentation materials, which will be discussed on the call and are furnished hereto as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
