On May 5, 2016, Lumos Networks Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
