On August 3, 2023, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, and supplemental financial information for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.

As disclosed in Item 2.02 above, on August 3, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, and supplemental financial information for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
