On May 8, 2015, CrossAmerica Partners LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for the Partnership for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
