Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 25, 2016, QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Company’s Third Quarter 2016 Supplemental Information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
