Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions.
On February 18, 2015, PRA Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, and the availability of the Company’s fourth quarter financial supplement on the Company’s web site. The press release and the financial supplement are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Report and are hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
