Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 10, 2021, Exela Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release. A reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP financial measures is contained in the attached press release.
