On May 24, 2016, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“the Company”) issued a press release relating to segment results for its fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporate herein by referenced.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 24, 2016, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of $3 billion in the amount authorized under the Company’s share repurchase program. The program does not have an expiration date.
