On March 17, 2022, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain operational highlights and financial results for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the full year 2021. In addition, the Company will hold, on March 17, 2022, a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (1:30 p.m. Pacific time) to discuss its financial results and operational highlights.
A copy of the press release is incorporated herein by reference and is provided as Exhibit 99.1.
