Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 27, 2022, ToughBuilt Industries, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its online gross sales through Amazon.com for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2021

were

approximately $3.4 compared to approximately $2.4 million for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022, representing an increase of approximately 41%.
