Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 18, 2022, Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain unaudited preliminary financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. All information in the press release is approximate due to the preliminary nature of the announcement and is subject to normal quarter-end accounting review. As discussed in the press release, the Company will release its full results for the first fiscal quarter on Monday, May 16, 2022, after market close, and on the same day will host its earnings conference call at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, to discuss financial and operating results.
