This supplement provides updated information beyond that contained in the Prospectus and should be read in conjunction with the Prospectus.
Effective April 1, 2024, the section captioned “Appendix A–Waivers and Discounts Available from Intermediaries” is revised by replacing the sub-section with the heading captioned “Merrill Lynch” with the following:

Effective April 1, 2024, shareholders purchasing Fund shares through a Merrill Lynch platform or account will be eligible only for the following load waivers (front-end sales charge waivers and contingent deferred, or back-end, sales charge waivers) and discounts, which may differ from those disclosed elsewhere in the Funds’ Prospectus or SAI.

This supplement provides updated information beyond that contained in the SAI and should be read in conjunction with the SAI.
Effective November 20, 2023, Michael Colombo has replaced Kevin Sluss as Secretary of the Trust.
Accordingly, all references to Kevin Sluss are hereby removed from the SAI and replaced with references to Michael Colombo.
The section captioned “Management” is revised by adding the following as the second row of the table titled “Officers of the Trust”:
