On April 26, 2019, Mercantil Bank Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to report the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2019. The release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
