On February 16, 2022, DoorDash, Inc. ("DoorDash") released its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021 by its Letter to Shareholders. A copy of the Letter to Shareholders is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
