On February 16, 2022, Aurora Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s Shareholder Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
