The late filing of Champion Parts, Inc. (the “Company”) quarterly report on Form 10-Q is the result of scheduling issues regarding final review of the Company’s 10-Q by Certified Public Accountants. The additional time is required to assure the accuracy of the financial statements for the quarter ended July 1, 2007. The Company does not expect any material changes to the financial statement as a result of the delay in filing. |
